also lots of land Nos. 5, 6 and 7 in
Block No. 29 In said City of Waycross,
Ware County, Ga.
Said property sold subject to two
executions Issued by the Clerk of the
Mayor nnd Council for the City of
Waycross, one on May 1st, 1909, for
City taxes lor the year 19ft8, amount
ing to $274.06, with Interest and cost
thereon In the sum of $24.25, making
total of $298.31, and the other on
January. 19th, 1910, for City taxes fpr
the year 1909, amounting to $255.75,
with interest and cost thereof In the
sum of $3.90, making a total'of $259.-
65, and a grand total of principal, In
terest and cost amounting to the sum
of $813.10, taken up and held by said
First National Bank of Waycross.

property of said B. D. Finn, for the
purpose of paying the amounts due
upon the notes aforesaid, including
