The receipts growth comes from an announcement from Postmaster C. E. Murphy, on postal receipts for the past year as compared o ten years ago. Ip percentage the increase thus shown is 120 per cen. The receipts vvefl approximately $10;000 for the end of^the fiscal year following- the '■'1900 census.
