Parker. Judge of the Superior
Court of Ware County at Chamber*
on the 17th day of December, 1910,
for an order to sell for re-Inve^tment
the following described property of
my wards Hugh, Frank and Bama
McDonald, to-wlt: Two one-flfthg
(1-5) undivided interest in and to a
certain lot in the town of Boston,
county of Thomas, and State of Geor
gia, beginning nt a stake two hun
dred an ten (210) feet from the south
east corner of the intersection of
Stone and Garnet streets and run
ning along the east boundary line of
Stone street southerly, one hundred
and five (105) feet to a stake, thence
at right angles, to Stone street, east
erly two hundred and nine (209) feet,
thence northerly and parallel to Stone
street one hundred and five (105) feel
to a stake, thence westerly and pnn
allel to Garnet street two hundred
and nine feet to the beginning.
My reason for making said applica
tion being that the property is not
self-sustaining and It being an undi
vided interest heirs of age might
cause a sale for division. This 14th
