Any 1-idy, married or single, who resides in the Eleventh Con gressional District is eligible to enter the contest. Bow The Brizes Will Be Awarded The lady receiving the highest number of votes will be given the “Studebaker Six" sold by R. G. Scruggs, Waycross, Ga. The lady receiving the next to the highest number of votes will be given the PIANO. And the lady receiving the next or third highest number of votes will receive the Diamond Ring, when a total of 65 000 tickets, or votes are given out to customers paying CASH OVER THE COUNTER the contest will close after due notice is given through the Journal. During the life of the Contest, there will be kept in each store giving vote tickets a tightly nailed and sealed ballot box, where tickets may be deposited after writing the name of the lady voted for upon same in proper place. None of these ballot boxes will be opened until this contest is closed. SO NO ONE WILL KNOW HOW ANY CANDIDATE STANDS. This will eliminate any possibility of a "frame up" or unfair dealing upon the part of anyone, and will put each candidate upon her ownments.
