The Russians are sweeping Germans before them, capturing large supplies without trouble. Germans are concentrating today at Osterode for a desperate stand against the Russians. Numerous dispatches show thatthe Germans continue to advance into French territory. A town 125 miles from Paris has been captured. Paris is being pre pared for a siege, supplies of all kinds being rushed into the city. Antwerp is supposed to be besieged, as London has received reports of all means of commu nication being blocked. , Just what has happened at Namur is merely a matter for speculation. BERLIN DISPATCHES CLAW THAT ALL Belgium's Chief Seaport FORTS HAYE BEEN CAPTURED, WHILE OTHER DISPATCHES DECLARE ONLY TWO OF THE FORTS HAYE FALLEN. VERY LITTLE OF THE SEVERAL RATTLES ALONG THE FRENCH FRONTIER IS GETTING BEYOND THE CENSORS, BUT IT APPEARS THAT THE GERXAN ADVANCE IS kEETING WITH STUBBORN FIGHT. ING ALL ALONG TnE LINE. WHILE CLAIMING A COMPLETE VICTORY OYER THE ALLIES IN BELGIUM THE GERMAN WAR OFFICE ADMITS THAT LOSSES ON BOTH SIDES HAVE BEEN UNUSUALLY HEAVY. THIS OF ITSELF IS TAKEN AS AN ADMISSION THAT THE GERMANS HAYE NOT BEEN AS SUCCESSFUL AS THEY HAD nOPED. —■ g■ ■ ssy M ... a — — oiuce do nu Dceii using, judge iiar- THEM ON RUN Bptts-C,i » whcre th * jrdri ; k chwn *r)rM.
