Fifth. The capita! stock of aald
corporation shall be fifteen thousand
<$15,0000.00) dollars, with the privi
lege of Increasing same to the aum of
one million ($1,000,000.00) dollars,
by a majority vote of the stockhold
ers, aald stock to be divided Into
aharea of one hundred ($100.00) dol
lars each. The aald capital stock of
fifteen thousand dollars haa already
been actually paid In.
Sixth. Petitioners deaire the right
to sue and be sued; to plead and be
mplesded; to bavo and use a com
mon aaal; to make for aald corpora
tion all necessary by-laws, rules and
regulations, and to do all other thlnga
l that may be necessary for the suc
cessful carrying on of aald bualneaa.

execute notes, bonds and mortgages
