John a Walker and I. A. Sugg, all
of the county of Ware and State of
Georgia, respectfully shows:
First That they desire for them
selves, their associates and success
ors to be Incorporated and made a
body politic, under the name and
style of the “Waycross Oil and Gas
Company," for a period of twenty
years, with the privilege of renewal
at the end of Mid period.
Second. That the principal office
of said Company shall be lu the City
or Waycross, Ware County, Georgia,
but petitioners desire the right to es
tablish branch offices within this
state or elsewhere, whenever
holders of a majority of Gw stock
may so determine.
Third. The object of said corpora

manufacturing and handling petrole

and other manufactured and refined

al value thereof is uncertain, and as
the interost of said wards is so small
that petitioner cannot control the use
of said property. Tho same cannot
be divided in kind, therefore peti
tioner believes it to bo to the best
interest of his said wards that tbsir
interest be sold, as petitioner has an
opportunity of doing for its full value,
and that the proceeds be invested in
othor property, or that he be allowed
to take good promissory notes, draw
ing eight per cent intorest together
with mortgage on real estate amply
sufficient to secure the same.
