relatives. Mr. Malone returned
Sunday but Mrs. Malone will re

urday afternoon and upon investi
gation it was found that the cotton
in one of Mr, Ras Jordan's gins
was on fire, The citizens respond
ed promptly and the flames were
soon extinguished.
