of the Bureau of Agriculture for
July shows tho following condition
of crops in Tennessee:
Corn—Prospects indicate a good
crop. Grass qqtj clover likewise.
There will not be much over a halt
crop of tobacco. Tho sorghum
crop is reported very fine. Cotton
was never more promising. It will
be above an average yield, no in
sects having troubled it. Indica
tions point to a good peanut crop.
Stock of all kinds is in excellent
condition.
