“I do not love you any more,”

Dy smoothing the gloves gently.
To ask if you are loved, the left

To give a warning, “Be attentive

How Watches are Hade.
It will be apparent to any one, who
will examine it Solid Gold Watch, that
aside from tho necessary thickness for
engraving and polishing a largo propor
tion of tho precious inctul used, is nee
ded only to .stiffen and hold (lie engrav
ed portions in place, and supply the
necessary solidity and strength. The
surplus gold is actually needless so far
ns ulility and Infinity arc concerned. In
James Boss’ Patent Gold Watch
Ca6KS, this waste of precious metal is
overcome, and the same solidity and
strength produced at from one-third to
one-half of the usual cost of solid cases.
This process is of the most simple na
ture, as follows: A plate of nickle
composition metal, especially adapted
lo the pur] o iu, lias two plates of solid
gold soldered on each side. The three
are then passed between polished steel
rollers, and the result is a stpjp of heavy
plated composition, from which the
cases, hacks, centres, bezels, &e., are
cut ami shaped by suitable dies and Cor
ners. The gold in these eases is suf
ficiently thick to admit of all kinds of
busing,engraving and enameling; tlie
engraved eases have been earned until
worn perfectly smooth by tjme and use
without removing tlie gold.
This is the only case made with two
plates of Solid Gold and warranted by
special certificate.

The Railroad Commission can do
no harm except, get the people's
money, so long as it equals justice
by the companies and the people.
But when it reduces the tariff to fig

stockholders for the use of their
money. The sooner tho commission
is abolished tho better for
