books of assessment for the payment of
the Tax levied under and by virtue of a
ordinance of said Town cntitlod an ord
inance "To define the fire limits of the
Town of Tennillo, to provide a night
watch for the same and for other pur
poses,’’ arc now opened for the collec
tion of said tax. The levy is six mi Is
on the dollar, and payment must he
made within thirty days from the date
of this notice at which time the hooks
will bu closed and execution issued
against defaulters.
