No Case Against Frank James

Kansas City, Mo., February 11.—
Tn the Criminal Court, this morning'
State Attorney Wallace dismissed
the ease against Frank .James and
Charles Ford, on the charge of par
ticipation in the Blue Cut. train roll-
Wry in 1881. The Attorney submit
tod a statement in which he said that

was deprived of his testimony and
also of valuable corroborative evi
dence, hence he would be unable to

now being extended east and west to
Birmingham and Gainesville, and
when completed will be two hundred
miles long. That portion of the line
in operation makes a very gratifying
xhibit as is evidenced by the fol
lowing extract from a letter of the
General Manager to a gentleman in
this city.
