Y<s; it really seemed a* if she cloned her
eye* in sleep. A ruy of light, joy and peace
irradiated her sweet face a* aha paased over
the river, there to wait for papa and mama
and little Ivy on the other shore.
On Monday night the loth inst., God
saw best in Ills wise dispensation, to call
our dear little Eva Clyde, only daughter
of U. M. anp Z. C. Tanner, to add mother
little angel to the hod in heaven. Aged 1
year, 6 month* and 9 days. Though young
her sweet face had won the hearts of all
who knsw Iter. Yet no one can miss her
sweet face, her lovely form like papa, ma-
ma.and little brother, for she had entwined
herself around the lendrill* of our hearts.
The tender bud, our little daisy, as papa
would often call her, was too sweet for
earth, God has taken her to blossom forever
in the mansions of the blest.
Where the wicked cease from troubling,
And the weary are st rest.
Oh ! God help us to bow humbly, and
ubinissively to Thy divine will, and oh,
may we live with our little one again,
there to sing praises eternally in the climes
of everlasting Winn.
