men of tlm town of Tennille in Council
assembled to ordain that from and after
the passage of tliis (Irdtnancethe follow
ing shall be the mnoiints required for
tlie granting of license for the various
purposes that this Town is authorised
lo grant license therefor and thufoilow-
ing shall be the levy upon nil real and
personal estate and dogs within tlie lim
its of snid Incorporation or such part
thereof ns is subject lo ho taxed by the
State of Georgia.
