On tin second morning, rising by

gentle /.ciphers fanning our cheeks
so cool across the smooth placid wa

the Alligators and Turtles find
peaceful repose by the law of na

river enjoying the pallid rays of the
morning sun of J/ay. My attention
was next drawn to the noisy chords
of the feathery winged warblers
blending their chirps in most dif
fuse and profound harmony. On
reaching our lisli line we began to
lidi it. XVe found we were success

leaving the river for our relatives

anxiety of our friends prevailing on
us to stay longer. X\ r e hoarded the

Dublin which soon wafted ns home
across the grassy hills and dark and
manotauous piney woods.
