Sidewalk Resolution.
He it Resolved by the City Council of
the City of Fitzgerald, Georgia:
1. That a sidewalk be, and same is
hereby ordered to be constructed on
each side of Fine avenue, in said city,
between Main street and ^heridan
street.
2. That said sidewalk shall be ten
feet wide, and shall be built of the
materials and in the manner pre¬
scribed by ordinance No. 30 of said
city, and shall be placed on the grade
established for said street by the city
engineer, and approved and adopted
by the city council.
3. That said sidewalk shall be built
within 30 days from the publication
of this resolution in the official paper
of the city, and any and all portions
of such sidewalk not built within said
time, and according to ordinance No.
30, then bids for construction of the
same shall be advertised and the side¬
walks shall be built by the street com¬
missioner as provided by Sect'on 11 of
ordinance No. 30, and the cost shall
be reported to the city council by the
commissioner, and such costs shall be
taxed against the property abutting on
such sidewalk as provided in said sec¬
tion of said ordinance.

eleven (II) to Monitor Drive, accord¬

fice of the mayor.

he heard that the Fitzgerald Legions were coming, and so
they will not have to go.
