Confederate Reunion Nashville, June
22 to 24.
To insure comfort and economy for

Confederate Reunion at Nashville on
June 22 to 24, the Georgia & Alabama
railway will run through coaches from
Savannah on their train No. 17 which
leaves Savannah 7:25 a. m., Collins,

gerald 11:25 a. m., Abbeville 12:37 p.
m., Cordele 1:55 p. m., Americus 3 p.
m., Richland 4 p. m., Albany 2:25 p.
m., Dawson, 3:07 p. m., Columbus
10:15 a. m., Lumpkin 4:21 p. m.,
Hurtsboro 5:69 p. m., arrive Mont¬
gomery 7:55 p. m., making immediate
connection for Nashville, arriving 6:30
the following morning.
By this arrangement there will be
no change of ears to Nashville, and a
comparison of the schedule with those
by other lines shows special advant¬
ages in point of time.
Lieut. Col. Wheatley, of Americus,
who is a member of General Evans’
staff, will go to Nashville in advance
of the movement and perfect all neces¬
sary arrangements to insure comfort¬
able quarters fer the veterans and
their friends. It is respresented that
desirable quarters can be secured at
$1 per day.
All parties contemplating the trip
should communicate with Col. Wheat-
iey at once. Those desiring sleeping
car accommodations from Montgom¬
ery can have berths secured in ad¬
vance through any agent of the G. &
A. railway. Berth rates from Mont¬
gomery to Nashville will be $2, admit¬
ting of two occupying one berth.
It is not decided what day the
through coaches will run which ques¬
tion is left with the veterans, hut as
soon as the date is named the public
will be duly advised.
