On the 12tli of November the Sa¬ vannah shoe store will surprise the male citizens of our burg ana the farmers who do their trading m our city. They will sell mens’ shoes worth from $2.25 to $5 for $1.85 only. This sale will last one solid week, from the 12th to the 20th. They bind them¬ selves to give $25 in cool casli to the party who will prove that they refused to sell the shoes they advertised. Those who have failed to take advan¬ tage of their last $1.65 sale should not miss this sale, for it is a greater advantage than the first one. Our re¬ porter interviewed Messrs. Tatel and Hershfield, and they sav they will sell the celebrated Taylor $3 shoe for $1.85. These ave probably the most perfect shoes manufactured. The shoes are made of stock known as Fegan Bros.’ crack proof calf. They are sold to one house in a city, and they are the agents of same. To introduce this line of goods in our city they made this great sacrifice in reducing the Taylor $3 shoe to $1.85. Take ad¬ vantage, boys!
