the sum of seventy-five dollars

receipt of which is hereby acknowl¬
edged, ,T. D. Thornton, of the
County of Ben Hill has granted J
sold and conveyed, and by these
presents does sell, grant, convey
and deliver to the said J. V. Blum
a one half undivided interest in
the following described personal
property to-wit: The restaurant
business of said Thornton and
Blum, located at 225 East Pine
s|t r e e t in City of Fitzgerald,
Ga.’, including among other
things the following: tables,
counters, show cases, chairs,
stoves, dishes, refrigerators, coffee,
fruits, boilers, and merchandise on
hand, in short, all the personal
property now in said building and
used in the restaurant: and he
further sells, transfers, and assigns
all the accounts due said firm to
the said Blum, and in consideration
of the said Thornton transferring
all the accounts due said firm to
him, the said J. V. Blum, he, the
said Blum, agrees to pay all in¬
debtedness of the said firm, and
hereby becomes responsible for
the same. The said partnership
is, by mutual consent, this day
dissolved, and the said business is
to be conducted by the said Blum.

parties have both hereto set their
hands and seals this the 26th day
of February 1910.
