ances here of Wni. N. Northrop,
of Macon, who for some time was
secretary of the Fitzgerald Busi-
ness League, will be pleased to
know that he has just been re¬
leased from the hospital where ho
was under treatment for blood
poison. Mr. Northrop considers
himself exceedingly fortunate that
he did not lose one of his arms as
a result of the poison.
The members of the Eastern
^kar were most delightfully en¬
tertained at the pleasent home of
Mrs. Emery’s, our W. M. The
evening was spent in social inter¬
course, by .Miss interspersed Eobingier with music
and Margerrite
Emery. Delightful refreshments
were served of cake and cream.
