The petition of Mrs. Sallie Bran-
nen, of Baldwin county, Georgia
and Ike Levin and .J. P. Wall, of
Ben Hill county, Georgia, respect¬
fully shows:
First. That they desire for
themselves, their associates and
successors to be incorporated and
made a body politic under the
name and style of Lee-Grant Ho¬
tel Company for a period of twen¬
ty years.
Second. The principal office of
said company shall be in the City
of Fitzgerald, said state and
county.
Third. The object of said in¬
corporation is pecuniary gain to
itself and shareholders.
Fourth. The business to
carried on by said corporation is
the business of running a public
hotel for the accommodatipn of
the traveling public, and and the fur¬
nishing of board lodging to
persons and societies: and to
carry on such business as is usual
and customan to carry on in the
conduct of a first-class hotel.
Fifth. The capital stock of
said corporation shall be $1,000.00
with the privilege of increasing
the same to 810,000.00,. said stock
to be divided into shares of
