County:
The petition of C. G. Sandlin, S.
C Littlefield and J. T. Taylor, all
of Fitzgerald, Ben Hill county,
Georgia, respectfully shows:
1. That they desire for thero-
! elves, their associates and suc¬
cessors to be incorporated and
made a body politic under the
name and style of S ndlin Fur¬
niture at d Undertaking Company
for the period of twenty years.
2. Company The principal shall. business of
said be in the City
of Fitzgerald, sta'e and county
aforesaid; but petitioners desire
the right to establish branch offices
within the State whenever the
holders ol a majority of the stock
may so determine.
3. The object of said corpora¬
tion is pecuniary gain to itself and
stockholders. The business to be
carried on by said corporation is a
general furniture, undertaking and
embalmers business; to buy and
sell coffins and furniture, and also
to manufacture furniture and cof¬
fins, and to do a general furniture
undertakers and embalmers busi-
ness. The capital stock of said
corporation shall be $25,000, with
! the privilege of increasing the
sum to 850,000 by a major, y
stockholders, said stock to be divi-
ded into shares of one hundred
dollars each, 20 per cent of
the amount of capital to be em¬
ployed by them has been actuall y
paid in. Petitioners desire
