accepted a position in Cordele-,
spent Sunday in the city with

Undertaker William McCormick
is having some improvements
made on his residence in Pine
street.
Mr. B. F. Fowler, formerly of
the Gayso Hotel and late of the
Norris Hotel in Birmingham, has
accepted a position with Pickens
Brothers of this city. Mr. Fowler
is a member of the Macon Nest of
the Brotherhood of Owls.
Mr. 1). B. Mull of this city has
just this week received word of
the death of his brother, John
Mull, who lost his life on March
4th, in a burning building with
seven other men. The deceased
was killed at Center, Tex. He
was in this city in January visiting
his brother, and met a number of
our citizens who will be grieved to
learn of his death.
