ports from various sections of
upper Middle Georgia indicate
that the unfavorable turn of the
season has materially reduced the
prospects for a large cotton crop
Until a few days ago, a large yield
per acre WAS confidently expected,
but experienced pliifitjfS 90W agree
that there will be no record-fcfMSh-
ingcrop this fall. The first bale
was marketed in Griffin Tuesday
by K. W. Dunn, of near Zebulon
