far away, it being about eighty
miles from my home, and I be¬
lieve the price offered at private
sale is fair and reasonable, and
that I can re-in vest the proceeds

Fitzgerald, Georgia, the home of

Hill County, in book 7, page 271,
the undersigned will sell at pub¬
lic sale, Jan. 15th 1912, at the
courthouse in said County, dur-

highest bidder for cash, the fol¬
lowing property to-wit: Two 10
acre Tracts numbers 2233 and
£284 in Land Lot No. 153, in the
3rd Land District of Ben Hill
County, Georgia; and 20-acre
tract No. 4239, in Land Lot No.
178 in the 3rd Land District of
Ben Hill County, Georgia.
Above tract numbers are shown
by the recorded plat of the Amer¬
ican Tribune Soldier Colony Co.
now on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of
Irwin and Wilcox Counties, Geor¬
gia. Said property formerly in
Irwin and Wilcox Counties, now
in Ben Mill County, Georgia, for
the purpose of paying 60 uromi-
sory notes, bearing date 20th day
of Feb., 1911, executed and de¬
livered by the said Louis Jack-
son to the said Calvert Mortgage
& Deposit Co., and due on the
20th day of each consecutive
month, beginning with the month
of March, 1911, and ending with
the month of Feb., 1916. Each
note for the sum of $4.66, except
the last note, which is for $5.06
The total amount of the said
notes, which are declared due by
the said company and are due,
being the sum of $280.00, to¬
gether with the cost of this pro¬
cess provided in such deed to se¬
cure debt.
