CITY TAX SALES.
GEORGIA—Ben Hill County, City of
Fitzgerald.
Notice is hereby given that on Tues¬
day, the 5tli day of March, 1912, at the
front door of the city hall in Fitzger¬
ald, Ga., within the legal hours of sale
on said day, the undersigned will ex¬
pose and offer for sale, the hereinafter
described property at public sale to
the highest bidder for cash all of said
mentioned property, being city lots and
situated within and a part of the city
of Fitzgerald, Georgia, in said county
as per the plat of said city made by the
American Tribune Soldier’s < olony
Company, and filed with the clerk of
Ben Hill Superior Court. Each of said
lots have been levied on by me and
will be sold to satisfy the unpaid city
taxes against said lots due to the city
of Fitzgerald, for the year 1911. T‘ The
said sale will, if not finished, be ad¬
journed from day to day until complete.
