TURN HAIR DARK
WITH SAGE TEA
If Mixed with Sulphur It Darkens
So Naturally Nobotw LI
Can Tell 77 NI
The old-time mixture of Sage l'ea
and Sulphur for darkening, grgay;’{i
streaked and faded hair is grand-.
mother’s recipe, and folks are
again using it to keep their hair a
good, even color, which is quite sen
sible, as we are living in an age when‘
youthful appearance is of the great
est advantage.
Nowadays, though, we don't have
the troublesome task of ' gathering
the sage and the mussy mixing at
home, All drug stores sell the ready
to use product, improved by the ad
dition of other ingredients, called
“Wyeth’s Sage and Sulphur Com
pound.” It is- very popular, because
nobody can discover it has been ap
plied. Simply moisten your comb or
a soft brush with it, and draw this
through your hair, taking one small
strand at a time; by morning the‘
gray hair disappears, but what de-;
lights the ladies with Wyeth's Sage
and Sulphur Compound is that, be
sides beautifully darkening the hair
after a few applications, it alse pro
duces that soft lustre and appearance
of abundance which is so %ttractivc.‘

ATLANTA JUDGE LAUDS
BOY SCOUT MOVEMENT
ATLANTA, Feb. 2—Hon, John G.
Humphries, of the criminal division‘
of the Fulton Superior Court, who ex
changed benches with Judge Ham
mond of Augusta for one week, has
returned to Atlanta. Judge Hum
phries lauds the work of the Boy
Scout organization, which the Augus
ta Rotary Club is planning to further
finance. He was the guest of the club
at its recent meeting and delivered
an address.
According to Judge Humphrigs,
who spoke of his experience © with
boys in his judicial profession, the
boy who belongs as a member of the
Scouts is not near so apt to become
involved in unlawful efitanglements as
he would otherwise,, He says that of
the large number of boys who have
in time been before him for various
offenses against the law not one of
them has been a Boy Scout,

KIDNEY TROUBLE
Take Salts at First Sign of Bladder
7 Irritation or Backache
The American men and women
must guard constantly against Kid
ney trouble, betause we eat too much
and al] our food is rich. Our blood
is filled with uric acid which the kid
neys strive to filter out, they weaken
from overwark, become sluggish; the
eliminative tissues clog and the re
sult is kidney trouble, bladder weak
ness and a general decline in health.
When your kidneys feel like lumps
of lead; your ba:k hurts or the urine
is cloudy, full of sediment or you are
obliged to seek relief two or thres
times during the night; if you suffer
with sick headache or dizzy, nervous
spells, acid stomach, or you have
rheumatism when the weather is bad,
get from your pharmacist about four
ounces of Jad Salts; take a teaspoon
ful in a glass of water before break
will then act fine. This famous salts
is made from the acid of grapes and
lemon juice, combined with lithia,
and has been used for generations to
flush and stimulate clogged kidneys;
to neutralize the acids in the urine so
it no longer is a source of irritation,
thus ending bladder disorders.
Jad Salts is inexpunsive; cannot in
jure. makes a delightfu] effervescent
lithia-water beverage, and belongs in
every home, because nobody can
make a mistake by having a good
kidney flushing any time.—Adv.
