Oddfellows voted $lO for the
Mumford Industrial Home at
Macon. They have bz2en send
ing $5 every year concluded to
double the amount. The Grand
lodge of Oddfellows of the state of
Georgia donate the school $5OO
every-year. This is outside of
what the local lodges give.
We have just come from the A,
&B. depot where we, as well as
others, had to wade out into the
street. We enter a protest in
behalf of foot passengers against
the conditions existing at ‘the
sidewalk. Another thing thingl
the- hacks that line up there
ought to give at least the width
of the sidewalk on the south side
of the platform. _
