promisory noie bearing date the same date of this
mortgage and due on the Ist day of July, 1210, and
made by said Laura Chandler to C. B. Teal. Said
note being for $lOO.OO principal, stipulating for in
terest from maturity at the rate of eight per cent
per annom.* The mortgage was given to further
secure the above described note.

at a delightful birthday party Tues
day afternoon batwesn the hours of
2:30 and 4:30 at her homz on South
