Settlements may bo made with in- dividual creditors under restrictions which guard the rights of all. 5. The trustee is to act under the ad vice and control of a committee of three prominent Philadelphia business men. to wit: Messrs. 8. M. Felton. late President of the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Bal timore Railroad Company: William C. Houston, of the Girard Bank, nnd Dell Nohlit, Jr., President of tho Com Ex change Bank. 6. It is understood that the firm do not propose to call a general meeting of their creditors, as they have been doing busi ness in three different cities and creditors are so scattered as to render such a meet ing impracticable.
