Spring Valley, HI., July 12.—The king
expected wholesale arrests for the loot
ing of the Spring Valley oCai Company's
store In this city commenced today, the
sheriff making the arreats, asataied by
a company of mtlltla. A large number
ot house, were ransacked from cellar to
garret and asy quantity of dress goods,
shook provisions and groceries were dis
covered and Identified as proiwly stolen
from the store. In any Instanre where
