Thrre ore confirmations today from Texts of nilna In the south western portion on the 19th and 2Ptb. The important question to be determined » how far will the movement of the new crop be afTectel by a further decline, with any considerable receipt** In August or the new crop, unless there are im proved trade conditions on this side and abroad, or adverse ?rup accounts, there might bo a very decided, weakness In ■pot cotton, and this will draw future* «own without much speculative sellln,; of contracts. No encouragement Mpeeted from Liverpool aa long as we thow a disposition to drop to a lower level on this aide, and there Is no IndU cation that domestic nplnners nre any ntore Inclined to take cotton than tiros on the otner aide.
