Be It enacted fcy the gen eral assembly of the state of Georgia, and It is hereby enacted by authority of the same, that the constitution of the state he amended by adding after the words "chief Justice" In the second lino of the first paragraph of section 3, article « thereof the words “end four associate Justices,” In lieu of the words tn said line, “and two associate Jus tices," ' so tita t said paragraph when amended shall read; "The supreme court shall consist of a chief Justice and four associate Justices.
