Granger of Philadelphia against the Seaboard Com pany on n matter of a breach of con tract. dn which he claimed In exchange for Ithdrtyxieven shares of the block which he held with all the rights of the formes owners, that he should receive $3,700 face value In the bonds issued tin the road, says the Savannah Morning News, has been settled on terms satis factory both to himself and the com pany,.
