the Mnoon and Northern Railroad Com
pany and other defendants, wc win

between the legal hours of sale, all of

First. The railroad ot the said de.
fondant, the M-acon und Northern Rail
road Company, which extends from the
depot In the city of Macon, Georgia,
to fts Junction with the Northeastern
railroad at Athene, Georgia, a distance
of about one hundred qnd seven miles,
together with till Its railways, ways,
nnd right of way, side tracks, turnouts,
depot grounds, easements and other
lands and appurtenances belonging to
said railroad,company, which are set

Second. All structures, depots, sta
tion and section houses, engine houses,
car houses, machine shops und other
buildings, with tools now In use and
equipments now (n hands of the receiver
Four passenger coaches, two combina
tion mall, baggage and express cars,
sixty box cars, twenty-two Hat oaTS,
two caboose! cars, three shOCVty curs,
three passenger engines, one switch
nnd two freight engines, together with
all other property, equipments nnd
franchises belonging to said defendant,
and which oro fully set forth in decrea
referred to. Also, nil supplies and
other properly In the hands of tho re
ceiver of said company. Also fifteen
hundred shares of the capital stock of
the Georgia Midland Railroad Compa
ny if the par value of $100 per shero.
Third. In tho sale of said property,
no bid tor a sum less than ono million
and seventy thousand ($1,070,000) dollars
will be received, nor from any bidder
who shall not plnce Into the hands ot
tho special commissioners at the tlmo
of making the bid the sum of $30,000
In money or certified check, and from
time to time thereafter such nuttier
portions of the purchase price shall bo
paid In cash as the court may direct
to meet expenses of the suit, etc. That
the bidder depositing said $30,000, nnd
whose bid is not the highest, shall have
such deposit returned to him without
