Section 1. .Be it enacted by the gen
eral assembly, that after the first Mon
day in Jhnunry, 1805, no person siruU
be perimctkd to volte in any election in
the .nuke for presidosKCul eleutors, for
mcmlbien, of oengress, for governor, for
sauce house officers, for members of
the geae/M assembly, for county offi
cers, for Jusatoea of the pence, for mem
bers of the county board of education,
where chosen by the people, nor in any
other popular election to fill any other
state or county office now extalug or
hereafter created, nor in any state or
eoumy election for any purpose wlitit-
evor, unless such poison shuU have
been reBidtered as .hereinafter pro
vided.

Sec. 10. Be it likewise enacted. That

Any person offering to rate whose
name appears on the list of non-rcgls-

in toe pressure of the managers, take
the oath prescribed In toe constitution,

Upon taking aild oath, the managers
of the election shall receive hli ballot,

Sec. 11. Bo it likewise enactod. That

as provided in section 4310 of Che Code
of 1882.
