day, presumably by a man who mis
took McCaw for another man, who, al
ready having a wife, married the
daughter of the man who fired the
shot.
The marriage of Albert Dlfderbeck
and Mias Lucy Hudgins, member of a
prominent family, took plane yester
day. Later In the day a warrant was
sworn out by Bampet Hudgins, father
of the bridge, charging Bllderbeck with
bigamy. At midnight Robert McCaw
answered a ring at the door of *.h*i
house wehere lie lived and was shot
without warning. Hudgins was ar
rested.
