next Wednesday for the purpose of elect
ing officers for.the ensuing yar, after
which H go into summer quarters.
Next season the club will rent rooms and
will havo their own club rooms, having a
waiting room for farmer’s wives who como

A very musical entertainment was given
by Professor Mindovillo's music class In

audience was lit attendance and the pro

The Valdes hotel wai the scene of a
dance lost Tuesday evening In honor of
the yevng ladies of the city who are just
returning from school. About fifteen
couples were In attendance and the occa
