pitny filed a petition In equity against
the Macon Mining Company yssterda:
In the ouperlor court of Bibb asking
that the latteF company be restrained
permanently from running a tram
across the lands of the former
Twiggs county, on the Macon, Dublin
nnd Havannah railroad, ten miles from
Macon.
It la claimed that the Macon Mining
Company aeeka to run a tram road
acrooa the valuable kaolin depoalta of
the Atlanta Minings Company and place
the products on the Macon. Dublin and
Havannah railroad not more than hOO
feet from the plant of the complaining
company.
The two companies are rivals In the
output ofctlno clays and kaolin. Claude
