The rendering of the programs prov
ed that the musicians and the readers
had given careful thought to /their
subjects. Their Instrumental and
ocal music was greeted with bursts
of applause and time and time again
the speaker or players was recalled.
At the Georgia Academy for the
Blind the entertainment had been
ranged by the faculty. The program
consisted largely of instrumental music
varied by recitations. Very creditable
was the work and those present show
ed their appreciation by compliments
at the close of the hour and by ap
plause throughout. The money col
