Only for the past few weeks U*s he been confined to his room. Mr. McDonald's business llfo hah been spent In the mercantile line, hav ing worked for the Levy’s in Savan nah tor a number of years. After leaving them, ho began traveling for a Baltimore clothing house, and was en gaged In this line of business up to hi* repent conflniment. Mr. McDonald was married to Miss ill# Gcst, of Lexington, Ky. She and three children survive him. Ho is survived also .by four brothers and two sisters, all residing In this city— Messrs. J„ Georgs, Ed., and Floyd C. McDonald: Mesdames Mollle J. Bald win,and C. L. Tumlln. No recently united with tho Presby terian church, and his funeral took place from that church this afternoon, Rov.
