The recelvera of the Exchange Bank. Messrs. R. X. Taylor, B. P. O'Neal and C. J. King, were yester day given carta blanche in the matter of disposing of real estate held by them as an asset of the defunct Insti tution. Formal application was made to Judgo Felton showing that the recelv era have in their possession numerous parcels of land, more or less valuable, which could not bo satisfactorily dis posed of nt public auction, and which may be transferred by private sale.
