The National Glnnera’ Association esti mates the amount of ootton ginned to December 1st at 11.064.000 bales and the prpbabl* ..crop at 12.678,000 bales. The census bureau giving the amount of cot ton ginned to December 1st will be pub lished at tho opening tomorrow and the government’s estimate of the crop will be published at 1 o’clock on Wednesday. Southern spot markets, officially ported, are generally unchanged celpta continued heavy, but the outlook Is for large clearances during the balance of the month. Receipts of cotton at the porta today were 61,136 hales against 96.771 bales bud week and 47.018 bales last year. For the week (estimated) 426,000 bales against 469.291 bales last week and JfiS.793 hales last year. Ruatin, rraated a sensation by producing a wltnrsa In the person of Mra Emily Allen, who testified to having seen a woman that th* witness declared was Mrs. Abbls Rico <m tho street down town about 4 o’clock In the morning buying a paper, a tiino at which, accord ing to Mrs. Rice and several witnesses for the prosecution, she was ut tho huuso where sho had heon living. ”1 had been to Chicago? 4 Mrs. Allen amid, "and gut back on a train arrlvimt Just before 3 o’clock a. m. I took n cab nnd started for home. At about 4 o’clocl.- whlle on the way. 1 met Mra. Rice, who had stopped two uctvaboys to buy a pa lter. 1 watched Iter for some Unto as sh* stepped under an electric light and eagerly scanned the paper. I had seen her many tlmea before with Dr. ltu»Un and always supposed she was his wife. ”1 went directly home nnd did not get up until 11 o’clock. I heard newstioys tailing ‘extra! all about Dr. llustln’s suicide!’ and said to n neighbor: ‘1 saw Mrs. Kustlu down town when I came up the street end she was almost frantic.’ It Was Mra.
