The .Advertiser A' intelligencer Is published on Tuesdays ar.d Fridays at Five Dollars per annum, in advance. Advertisements inserted at the usual rates: those sent without a specified number of insertions, will be published until ordered out and charged accordingly. (Tj- Sales of Land, by Administrators, Exe cutors, or (Sardians, are required, by law, to be field on the first Tuesday in the month, between the hours of ten in the forenoon and three in the afternoon, at the couurt-house in the county in which the property is situate. Notice of these sales must be given in a publie gazette sixty days previous to the day of sale. Sales of negroes must be at public auction, on lie first Tuesday of the month, between the usual hours of sale, at the place of public sales in the county where the letters Testamentary, of Admin istration or Guardianship, may have been granted, first giving sixty days notice thereof, in one ol the public gazettes of this State, and at the door of the court-house, where such sales are to be held. Notice for the sale of Personal Property must be given in like manner, Forty days previous to the day of sale. Notice to the Debtors and Creditors of an Es tate must he published for forty days. This com bination of men are leaving no means untried for effecting our ruin, that they may revive the old system ; our credit and character aw assailed in every shape, out importations waylaid and stop ped tn every instance where threats are sufficient to intimidate the manufactures from supplying tis: —in fine, no vexation or trouble which the malice of men could devise lias been neglected in this struggle to subdue us.
