previous to the day of sale.

he first Tuesday of the month, between the usual
hours of sale, at the place of public sales in the
comity where the letters Testamentary, ol Admin
istration or Guardianship, may have been granted,
first (riving sixty days notice thereof, in one of the
public gazettes of this State, and at the door of the
court-house, where such sales are to be held.
Notice for the sale of Personal Property must
he given in like manner, Forty days previous to

new house below the corner, on Cherry street, re
tently occupied by them, where he will sell
Goods as low as any other house in this place, for
Cash or Cotton.
His stock is now very' complete, comprising
almost every article for ihe country ; it consists
Huts, Shoes, Hardware, Groceries,
Salt, Iron, &tc.
The old customers and the public generally,
Ere respectfully invited to call, as the same facili
ties heretofore given will still exist.
In the rear of his Store is a New \\ are House,
just finished, and now ready for the reception ot
Cotton, which he will take on Storage, and make
liberal advances on the same.
