Our reporter, in his rounds searching fqj
new*, encountered Mr. Horne, the ener
getic real estate egeut, and determined to
g»” !atest in hit branch of business.
“Well, Mr. liorne, what is the latest in
the way of developments in your line?"
To this inquiry he replied:
“Call at my office and I will show yon a
circular I am issuiug to-day. It is the
prospectus of a new real estate loan asso
ciation, which I hope to get under way in a
short time, and which will, in my opinion
supply the greatest need in the farther ad
vancement of the real estate market."
Reaching the point of our destination,
wo noticed his two clerks preparing for
mail over 1,'/C0 circulars. He handed os
one with the remark: “Read this and yon
will soon peroeive the object.”
As a matter of interest to oi r readers,

Its object is to make real estate, in all
its branches, an desirable a security, in the
way of advances, as an equivalent to any
stock, bond or commercial paper. Real
estate would be its solo security ftr ad-

interest not exceeding 8 per cent The en

To many that this circular will reao'i,
the fact will be apparent that each nn in

real estate owner. Having placed
this rises of security up to
a valuation that will compare favorably
with that of any city in Georgin, it should
be oar object, not only to maintain present
prices, but to further advance them. Such
