tary, Sr., a grocery merchant, was closed

A Creditor's Hill.
Talbotton, March 5.—Charles W. Mos
ley, United States deputy marshal, was in
Talbotton on yesterday to serve a creditor’s
bill on Milo G. Parker, of Prattsburg. This
bill was filed in tho Federal Court at the
instance of Edwin Bates Co„ of New
York, through their attorneys, J. W. Hall,
of Talbotton, and Hill A Harris, of Macon.
