historical scene, the Goddess of Peace hav

umph. The second part of tho pageant

strikiug scene from some epoch in hUiory.

a band of thirty Apaches ten days ago at
tacked a party of travelers at a point fifteen
miles southwest of Nocossia, Sonora, Mexi
co, killing one Mexican and one American.
