“Section 1. Bo it enacted by the gen

lici nses for the salt of any intox eating
liquo.s, nor shall it be lawful for any
perso.i to se 1 tho same in less quantities
than a quart.
"Sec. 2. Bo it further enacted, That
when any stdts, county or municipal
authority in this state shall grant, under
existing Jaws, liceiues to t*Il any intoxi
cating liquors m quantities more tu*n a
qutrt, it shall cc: be lawful fer any
person selhng the same to allow said
intoxicating liquors to te drank on or near
th* premises w here sold.
“acc.% Be it further enacted, That
any perron who shall violate any pro
vision or this act shall be guilty of a mis
demeanor and punished as prescribed in
section 4810 of the code of 1892.
“Sec. 4. Be it furtt.er ei ac*ed. That all
laws and p-ns of laws in conflict with
thb act shall be and ths sums arc hereby
repealed.”
