George Terry and Charlie Hyde. NOT AT ALL UNEASY. Dr. Hape Says the Agricultural Society: Is In No Danger. Hape, secretary of The Georgia' stato Agricultural Society. In discussing the af fairs of the Dixie Interstate Folr today, said the society was not at all uneasy over the effort to hold It Jointly respon sible for the payment of premiums with the Dixie Fair Company. "As a matter of fact.” said Dr. Hapo, 'the fair people owe us money just like they owe It to others. We were in a sense an employe of the fair company. Our contract with them was that w* should be paid 31,750 for taklnr charge of certain departments. Out of this money we were to pay the expense of tho super intendence of five departments. The con tract called for the payment to us of this money on tho second day of the fair, but we didn't get It then, and a week later suceeded In getting only 31,000.
